FAQ
How big is the truck?
We roll a 10x15 trailer. Give us a flat spot about that size plus a little elbow room for the line, or room for a tent if you're going with the full catering spread.
Where do you serve?
We're based in Corona and work Inland Empire & San Diego County events. Somewhere else? Ask anyway.
Are you permitted and insured?
Yep. We're health-permitted for Inland Empire & San Diego County events and fully insured. Need your event or venue listed as an additional insured? Just ask and we'll send the certificate.
Truck line or catering spread — what's the difference?
Truck line: guests order at the window, grilled to order. Catering spread: we set up a tent with tables and chafing dishes so a crowd can eat fast, buffet-style.
How far ahead should I book?
The sooner the better, especially for weekends and the holidays. Send a request and we'll tell you what's open.
Do you have a set menu and prices?
The menu shifts by event, and we'll build one to fit yours. For public events, prices are posted at the truck.
